The FGCU men’s basketball team will play their final game before the ASUN tournament, facing Stetson on Thursday, Feb. 23, at 7:00 p.m. at Alico Arena. Playing in its final game of a four-game series against Sacred Heart, the FGCU baseball team defeated the Pioneers 5-1 on Sunday, claiming its first series win of the season. Playing in a doubleheader against Sacred Heart, the FGCU baseball team rebounded from its opening-day loss with a 13-8 victory in game one, and a 9-3 victory in game two. The FGCU Baseball Team kicked off the 2017 season at Swanson Stadium with a loss to Sacred Heart 10-5. After going 27-32 a season ago, the Eagles welcomed three freshmen into their lineup as well as the return of senior Nick Rivera, who missed most of last year with an injury.
