NAPLES, FLORIDA — Naples-based restaurant group Culinary Concepts will host a job fair with the goal of hiring 140 qualified employees to fill positions at its five Southwest Florida Restaurants: Pazzo! Cucina Italiana in Naples, Chops City Grill in Naples, Yabba Island Grill in Naples, Chops City Grill in Bonita Springs and Blue Water Bistro in Estero.

The Job fair is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 19 from noon to 3 p.m. at Chops City Grill in Naples at 837 Fifth Avenue South.

Over the past 20 years, Culinary Concepts has earned its spot among the finest dining establishments in Southwest Florida, with a focus on innovation, hard work and creativity in and out of the kitchen… because of our team. We are seeking enthusiastic team players with a hospitality heart and previous restaurant experience to join our family of restaurants. At Culinary Concepts, we feel each and every employee’s strong work ethic, dedication and willingness to help each other is what has led to their individual success and ours.

Perks of Attending the Job Fair: On-the-spot interviews and hiring. Attendees are asked to bring a resume, and will be invited to complete an application at the job fair. Qualifying applicants will be invited to participate in one-on-one interviews with a Culinary Concepts manager or chef during the job fair.

Available positions: Line Cooks, Pantry Cooks, Sauté Cooks and AM Prep Cooks, Servers, Host/Hostesses, Food Runners, Bussers and Bartenders

Qualifications desired:
• EXPERIENCED – At least 1 or 2 years of experience in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant.
• PROFESSIONAL – We are looking for individuals who are serious about the restaurant/hospitality industry and are looking for a career.
• GREAT ATTITUDE – We can teach people to serve or cook, but we want individuals who can motivate and inspire the team around them.
• TEAM PLAYER – Those who can recognize when a team member needs help and is willing to go above and beyond to help them.
