The officer told the male that working on cars in the garages was prohibited, unless it was an emergency. Then, the officer told him to get his car back together and exit the garage. However, before he left, the officer took pictures of the paint on the concrete and told the man he would likely have to go through judicial and pay an expense to get the spray paint cleaned off the wall and floor.

A complainant called UPD and stated that there was a subject sitting on the first floor of Garage 2 wearing sunglasses and a bandana over his face. A UPD officer found the individual, who said his skin was sensitive to the sun and that’s why he covered it. The officer told the male that he shouldn’t wear it that way or more calls of the same nature would come to UPD. The officer also suggested the male to park facing the wall instead of against the sun if the sun bothered him.
