The male subject was then transported to Lee County Jail.

UPD made contact with approximately 12 drag racers on Airport Haul Road. One of the drivers admitted he was drag racing and apologized. UPD stopped a vehicle on the South Bridge and found that the driver had a suspended license and was operating without valid license. A male passenger, who was a minor, and a female passenger, who gave a false ID, both had been trespassing on campus. The driver was issued three citations and taken into custody, so the vehicle was towed. Lee County Sheriff’s Office scanned the female passenger and confirmed two warrants, so she was taken into custody as well. Later, LCSO took custody of the subject for being combative. The breathalyzer test put the subject’s BAC between a 1.56 and 1.58, so a DUI was issued.
