9/13/15, 2:10 a.m.
A vehicle was stopped in front of Biscayne Hall because of the lack of a tag light. UPD conducted a search and found a small amount of marijuana and a pipe. An empty beer can was found as well. The male driver showed no signs of impairment and reported the contraband belonged to the female passenger. UPD observed both the driver and the third male passenger had glassy and blood shot eyes, yet both denied drinking.

A complainant called UPD to report a vehicle parked in a no -parking zone on the first floor of Garage 4. UPD found the permit on the vehicle did not match the dealer plate. A citation was issued for being parked in a no-parking zone. The officials of the parking services were notified of the dealer plate, who said they would email the owner of the vehicle about it.
9/14/15, 2:38 p.m.
A complainant reported there was a man with a bullhorn near the statue outside of the academic buildings. Campus Reservation was notified. UPD advised the subject was not in any violation of campus policy.
09/15/15, 2:25 p.m.
A resident assistant from Palmetto Hall issued a welfare check for a resident. UPD met with two resident assistants and two complainants in the lobby of the building. The complainants stated they hadn’t seen the person in question since the morning of Sept. 13. The individual’s boyfriend was in town and was described as abusive by the complainants. The AOC decided to enter the individual’s room, and the person in question was not there. UPD left a voice mail in the individual’s phone, and canvassed the parking lots and garage in South Village, but no vehicle was found matching the description. The roommate of the individual reported at 4:44 p.m. that the individual was actually seen Sept. 14 in her apartment at 11 a.m. The person in question called UPD Sept. 15 to advise that everything was fine.
9/15/15, 10:11 p.m.
An officer was flagged down by a male requesting EMS on the fourth floor in Garage B. UPD transported the individual to the area outside of the parking garage to wait for EMS. When EMS arrived, the subject refused transport but EMS waited until a friend picked him up.
9/17/15, 12:11 a.m.
UPD was called by a resident assistant in Building P in North Lake Village because of a fight between three females, who are sisters. The disturbance stemmed because one of the females called another, who didn’t reply, to come pick her up and the third sister from a location off campus. The sister who called thought the sister who didn’t answer was ignoring her. When the sister returned from the location off-campus she had words with the two other sisters who allegedly had ignored her. The sisters then grabbed each others’ hair extensions, while the third one tried to break them up. Each sister was interviewed separately and no one desired to press charges.
