FGCU men’s soccer team unveils new third kit for 2016 season

With the quest for their unprecedented seventh consecutive Atlantic Sun Conference regular-season Championship beginning on Aug. 26 against Northwestern, the FGCU men’s soccer team has unveiled a new third kit for the 2016 season.
“The new kits are really cool and Inaria did a really good job on the design,” said FGCU forward Dylan Sacramento. “The fit on them is also top notch and for me as a player feeling comfortable in what I’m wearing is very important.”
The kit, which is made by the team’s sponsor Inaria, features an all green design with a big Eagle logo faded into the front of the jersey toward the stomach area. It also has the FGCU logo on the back of jersey underneath each player’s name and number.
After facing the Wildcats on the road to start the season, the Eagles welcome their first of three Big Ten conference opponents this season, facing Michigan on Aug.29 in their first home game of the season.
“Our expectations are really high after how things ended last year,” Sacramento said. “We have a chip on our shoulder to really make a statement this year. We want to win the A-Sun but our ambitions go beyond that. We want to get into the NCAA tournament and make a good run in that.”
