For this special, HTCM examines the legend of La Llorona and the sightings of El Chupacabra. La Llorona, “The Weeping Woman”, is a legend about a mother who drowned her kids in a river after learning her husband was having an affair. She wanders, legend says, searching for her lost children, but may steal kids from unwary parents. El Chupacabra, “The Goat-Sucker”, is a cryptid that central Americans believe is responsible for the unexplained deaths of their livestock. The victims are consistent with three holes on the neck and being completely drained of blood. Host/Producer: Neil Nestor. Editor/Host: Joseph Hall. Co-Host: Giselle Caruso. Co-Host: Max Benjamin.
