Student Body President Emory Cavin appointed the new student body vice president at the SG senate meeting last night. 

Dayton Buxton served this past semester as the director of sustainability under the Brannigan/Varnadore presidential ticket. Her new term as student body vice president will begin as soon as possible, once all of her paperwork goes through. 

Her appointment was confirmed by the 26th student body senate at the third senate meeting of the new term.
