Florida Gulf Coast University announced today that all courses offered in the Summer A and Summer C sessions will be available via remote instruction only.
According to an email from President Mike Martin, the decision was made in accordance with social distancing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and through guidance from the State University System of Florida.
All courses scheduled to begin on May 11 will begin on time, however, will only be available online.
No decisions have been made regarding Summer B courses, which are scheduled to begin June 22.
The university also plans to release new information regarding a pass/fail system later today.
