Starting today, students can take courses to grow their skill sets for free using LinkedIn Learning.

LinkedIn Learning is an on-demand library filled with instructional videos covering a wide range of skills. Usually $20 a month, FGCU students can now take personalized course recommendations and browse thousands of other courses for free.

Students can choose from 9,000 flexible courses that are taught by accredited professionals. Recommended courses reflect the experiences listed on each individual profile.

All current students will receive an activation email to begin using LinkedIn Learning.

When signing up, students are asked what they want to achieve in the next 6-12 months: grow and advance in my current career, transition into a new career or develop skills to manage teams.

When courses are complete, students can display the LinkedIn Learning credentials on their profiles under the licenses and certificates tab.
