As the clock ticks on the countdown to Chase Rice, FGCU Programming Board gives students a Halfway to Nest Fest event to hold over the craving for country.
Germain Arena will host Nick Cannon’s “Wild n’ Out” and will serve as the filming grounds for a fall special of the series. For a small fee, students will enjoy a night of comedy, hip-hop and a whole lot of roasting.
Think of “Wild n’ Out” as the rap-battle version of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” The show has produced comedians Kevin Hart and Katt Williams. Now, the show hosts freestyle duels between stars such as Fat Joe, DeRay Davis and Corey Holcomb.
Tickets go on sale for $17 at the FGCU Bookstore from Feb. 10 to11 for students. On Feb. 12, ticket sales will continue at Germain arena for $27 for the public and $37 the day of the show.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and the “Wild n’ Out” show will start at 8 p.m.
