Day light savings to spring forward at the end of Spring Break

Remember to set your clocks an hour forward before going to bed Saturday night in accordance with daylight savings.
This year, the corresponding eight months of daylight saving time will begin Sunday, March 13 in the United States. The exact time will vary from state to state depending on each time zone.
In Florida, which falls in the Eastern time zone, DST will begin at 2 a.m. Clocks will “fall back” on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 2 a.m.
The main idea is to make the sun set an hour later, this way a full hour of sunlight will be changed from the early morning to the evening. Instead of sleeping during this hour, people can reduce electricity use in the evening.
All clocks must be switched from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. Most cell phones and electronic clocks will automatically reset at this time. However, all analog clocks must be switched manually.
