With a strong start to the season and an overall record of 10-2, the Eagles come back home to play Stetson at 7 p.m.,Saturday, Sept. 24 at Alico Arena.
The Eagles are coming off of a nine-win streak and will face the Hatters, who have gotten off to a rough start this season with an overall record of 2-11.
The last time these two conference teams met was on Sept. 26 and Oct. 10, 2015. Both of these matches went to four sets, with both matches favoring FGCU 3-1.
At home, the Eagles are 6-0 and hope to continue their perfect streak with a win over Stetson while Stetson hopes to regain momentum and come out with a win over FGCU.
